Networks:

 EUROFISH is an independent international organisation which became operational in 2002, succeeding the FAO EASTFISH project established in 1996. The mandate of EUROFISH is to assist the development of fisheries in Central and Eastern Europe focusing on trade and marketing, processing, and aquaculture

 NACEE NETWORK is an association of Central and Eastern European aquaculture institutions. The structure and function of the Network is defined and regulated upon the decision of the directors of the member institutions. NACEE is a member of ESCORENA Network

 The World Aquaculture Society is an international non-profit organization with over 3,000 members in about 100 countries. Founded in 1969, the primary focus of WAS is to strengthen and facilitate communication and information exchange on high priority topics and emerging issues within the diverse global aquaculture community

 The European Aquaculture Society brings together all those that are interested in the sustainable development of European aquaculture - to develop contacts, share and disseminate information and promote multi-disciplinary research

 The Asian Fisheries Society (AFS) is a non-profit scientific society founded in 1984 by fishery professionals in Asia. The society aims at promoting networking and co-operation between scientists, technicians and all stakeholders involved in fisheries (including aquaculture) production, research and development in Asia.
