PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The event will take place in the premises of the FAO REU/SEU Office in Budapest (Benczur street).
- Participants are accommodated in Hotel Sissi, nice hotel with good location to the city centre and not far from FAO by tram/underground.
- Minibus service is provided from hotel to the workshop location every working day. Minibus departs at 9.00 from the hotel main entrance.
- Workshop location can also be reached from Hotel by public transport (and back), tickets will be provided for participants.
- Accommodation and board (breakfast, lunch) is provided for all invited participants during the three days of the event. Dinner is also provided on 12 and 13 April. One drink is included in lunch and dinner menus.
- In/outbound airport pick-up may be requested individually.
- Support for visa should be requested individually.
- Any other expense should be covered from own budget.
- Please bring your own laptop, network access keys will be given on the spot.
