Conducted 14 trap-neuter-return projects for dogs and cats in various Romanian cities. More than 400 animals were neutered and vaccinated against rabies. Various other medical and surgical problems were addressed as needed. Local veterinarians and veterinary students were trained in modern neutering techniques.
